America's Secret Recipes

This was the last cookbook I bought and tested.

At first, I was a little skeptical because this book was much more expensive than the others at $29.97.

However, if you think about it... if you go to dinner, you will probably end up spending close to that much and if you are out with friends, it will definitely go over that price. So, in reality, you are spending less than the cost of one meal to get access to hundreds of recipes.

This cookbook was available for download immediately after I bought it like the others. However, it really is in a class far above the other cookbooks.

First, I should mention that this is actually two cookbooks! It contains volume 1 and volume 2 of America's Secret Recipes. This is also by far the most thorough of the cookbooks I found covering recipes from TGIFridays to Applebee's to PF Chang's to Hard Rock Cafe and a lot more!

It also comes with 7 free bonus cookbooks covering a wide range of topics (and giving you access to hundreds more recipes from restaurants!)

So, although it is a bit pricey, this truly is the winner. It's presentation was also far better than the other cookbooks and it has far more recipes (and better recipes, may I add!) than the others.

If you are looking for the recipes that your favorite restaurants use, then this is the cookbook you need to get. It is easy to follow and delivers on what it says it gives. I definitely recommend this one.

My verdict:

Price - 3/5 stars
Quality - 5/5 stars
Effectiveness - 5/5 stars

If you want your favorite restaurant's food in your own kitchen, then this is the cookbook you need to get! I highly recommend you get started cooking with America's Secret Recipes today!

Secret Restaurant Recipes

So this was the second recipe cookbook I checked out.

I bought it and immediately had access to it. It is a little bit more expensive than the first cookbook I checked out at $14.95.

This book was more what I was looking for. It contains recipes that are actually used in restaurants like Applebee's, TGIFriday's and Olive Garden.

The cookbook also came with some bonuses including a cookie, beverage and low-carbohydrate cookbook. These were pretty nice but obviously the main cookbook featuring the restaurant recipes was the main book.

Overall I liked this book although the presentation could have been a lot better. Also, a lot of the recipes in the cookbook are for drinks! I am not sure why they would put drink recipes in the same book as the food recipes. Maybe they were trying to make it look more impressive... I am not sure.

In any case, it is a decent cookbook but could be better in terms of presentation and also they really need to take the drinks out of there.

My verdict on this one:

Price - 4/5 stars
Quality - 3/5 stars
Effectiveness - 4/5 stars

Real Restaurant Recipes Review

Ok. This was the first recipe cookbook I tried out.

It claims to have the recipes that built restaurants into the successful businesses that they are. It is only $12.95 so I decided to buy it and check it out since the price was cheap.

Well, I guess you get what you pay for. Although the book contains a lot of recipes, I am not sure if these are the same recipes that you would find in a restaurant! I am not really sure how these are different from normal recipes, to be honest.

The cookbook was available right after I paid so that was nice not having to wait for it to be delivered.

Overall, the good points were that it is cheap and has a lot of recipes but the bad points are that the recipes are really not that stellar. I am not sure if they are the same as the recipes used in real restaurants.

My verdict is:

Price 5/5 stars
Quality 2/5 stars
Effectiveness 3/5 stars
